This notice provides instructions to inspection program personnel (IPP) on how to collect cell-cultured meat and poultry food products and send samples to the FSIS Eastern Laboratory (EL) for microbiological, chemical residue, speciation testing, and pathology.No other changes have been made to the instructions. The notice has been updated to reflect sampling of ready-to-eat (RTE) products. This notice cancels FSIS Notice 27-23, Cell-Cultured Meat and Poultry Food Products Sampling Program, dated 6/23/23.
